Relaxation

Hello, dear souls.
I just finished meditating on this lovely Sunday afternoon. There's something about the rain I love. It always helps me to slow down, breathe deeply, and go inward. It's very appropriate given the card I just pulled for you. I asked Spirit what you need to hear right now, and as it turns out, they are telling you to relax. I can't imagine a better opportunity on a rainy Sunday even if it's just for an hour.
I'm sure this relaxation card can be applied to your life given the busyness with which we now lead our lives. This card by Denise Linn is telling you to relax and know that all is well. There is absolutely no need to strive or push to get ahead. Beneath the surface of life, everything is gently propelling you in the right direction. You can lay down your burdens, unwind, and trust that your Spirit team will take care of you.
Slow down and allow calmness to fill you. When you relax, you relinquish control, your intuition expands, and you create the space for your Spirit team to help you. Additionally, it's vastly easier to heal and have positive outcomes in life when you are rested and not filled with worry and a need to control outcomes. Lie back, stretch out, and watch magic unfold in your life.
Relaxation can be achieved in many different ways if you're not inclined to laying back and resting. You can engage in something creative such as a hobby or artistic pursuit. This is another form of channelling where your mind and senses expand as you relax and allow the creative juices to flow. I also find time in nature to be a relaxing balm for my soul. Stand amongst Mother Nature's trees and plants and feel her healing energy calm you.
Whatever you are drawn to whether it's a good book, listening to music, breathing exercises, or gardening, listen to your Spirt team and take the time to unwind and open to the universe. It's one of the best things you can do for your body and soul. Remember that to truly connect with your higher self and Source, you have to be relaxed to be receptive.
Breathe out anxiety; breathe in peace.
Breathe out your worries; breathe in calm.
Breathe out your frustrations, breathe in LOVE.
